Rajgira paneer paratha:

1 cup rajgira flour, 1 boiled & mashed potato, 2 chopped green chillies, rock salt (sendha namak).
Mix all the above and make a dough, ideally you wouldn’t need water to knead, incase if you do just add 1 or 2 spoons.

For the stuffing:
100 gms crumbled paneer, chopped green chillies, chopped curry leaves, rock salt, black pepper powder. Mix all of this and keep aside.

Take a lemon sized dough ball and roll into a puri, fill in with the stuffing and seal all the sides nicely. Dust some flour and roll out very gently. You can use your fingers to pat as well while dusting some flour (that’s what I did). Be very gentle, these can break very easily.
Roast on a hot tava with ghee and serve!

Singhada halwa:

1 cup singhada flour
1/2 cup ghee (adjust accordingly)
1/2 -3/4 cup jaggery powder(if using whole jaggery dissolve it with water)
Dry fruits (optional)

In a pan add ghee, once hot add the flour and roast well until you get a nice aroma. This will take around 10 mins. Keep stirring or the flour might burn also keep the flame low.
Once the flour is roasted well, add water and keep stirring to remove lumps.
When everything comes together nicely, cover and let it cook for 5 mins.
Lastly, add jaggery powder( if using whole jaggery dissolve it with water and add).
Mix everything well, add a tbsp of ghee and mix again. Cover and let it cook for 2 mins.
Garnish with dry fruits and serve!
