The most addictive healthy guilt-free crackers are here!

2 cups whole wheat flour
4 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
2 tbsp yogurt
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup fresh garlic greens
1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander
1 tbsp each white and black sesame seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp baking soda
Water to knead the dough

Mix all the above ingredients and add water gradually to make a tight dough.
Keep covered with a damp cloth for 10 mins.
Meanwhile, preheat your oven.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out like a thin chapati/flatbread.
Prick with a fork all over and cut into desired shape.
Pop it into the pre heated oven at 180 for 15 mins.
After 7 mins turn the crackers and bake it for 8 more mins or until done

PS: baking time depends upon your oven. Keep a check on them after 10 mins.

Store in airtight jar once cooled and enjoy them with almost everything😁
