💚Ever since lockdown, I have spent more time in the kitchen and baking a lot.
🍌These bananas and Matcha are pairing well, so don’t be afraid to try it out. It’s simple and easy to prepare, exceptionally able to make use of SD discard.

👉Butter, softened x 120g
👉Brown Sugar x 30g
👉Eggs x 2
👉Very ripe bananas, mashed x 2 – 3
👉Oat Milk x 10g
👉All-purpose flour 280g
👉Matcha powder senchanaturals x 15g
👉Baking powder x 1 tsp
👉Baking soda x ¼ tsp
👉Starter discard x 165g
👉Toasted chopped walnuts
➡Convection bake 350F for 60-75 minutes
