Jelly Layered Bundt

❣️This is another way to use a bundt pan, I made a huge “donut” fruit jelly.
❣️Here are the 3 layers combined with red dragon fruit & longan flavor.

Ingredients:
1️⃣First layer
👉Pitaya powder nature.restore x 15g
👉Longan water from canned x 240ml
👉Water x 260g
👉Agar powder livingjin.official x 3 teaspoons
👉Longan from canned x 17-18
👉Fresh Strawberry decorated on the side
➡️Spray the canola oil around the bundt mold.
➡Let it cool down for 10-15 minutes before start the 2nd layer

2️⃣Second layer
👉Oat Milk x 250g
👉Water & basil seeds x 250g
👉Pitaya powder nature.restore x 15g
👉Sugar x 20g
👉Agar powder livingjin.official x 3 teaspoons
➡Let it cool down for 10-15 minutes before start the last layer

3️⃣Last layer
👉Water x 500g
👉Sugar x 30g
👉Agar powder livingjin.official x 3 teaspoons
👉Leftover Longan fruit from canned decorate in the middle
➡Refrigerate for overnight after cool down.
