Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream 🍨
🍨I made this vanilla ice cream last month. I thought the flavor might seems simple but actually it’s very flavorful.

🍨I was able to scoop out the ice cream, without need to sit out.
👉Egg yolks x 4
👉Sugar x 80g
👉Whole milk x 180g
👉Heavy whipping cream x 400g
👉Vanilla extract traderjoes x 1 tablespoon

➡Add the egg yolks and sugar to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
➡In a small saucepan, heat the whole milk over medium-low heat until it just begins to simmer.
➡Gradually pour the milk to yolks and sugar mixture, stirring constantly.
➡Then add the heavy cream & vanilla extract into the mixture and stir.
➡Ready to pour the mixture into a container and fridge for overnight.
➡The second day, churn in the KitchenAid Ice Cream bowl for 25-30 minutes.
➡Ready to eat it as soft serve, or pour the ice cream into a glass container and freeze with overnight
