Egg Noodles with Chicken Thighs

🍲I like to prepare this quick dinner meal especially add all together in one pot & stir fry.
🍲Simple & eat healthy! Enjoy! 😍
🍲Love this new splatter guard which doing a good job especially when browning the thighs. It helped reduce the mess around my stove.

Ingredients:
👉Avocado oil
👉Chicken thighs (marinate ahead: chili powder, black peppers, umami powder, mirin, and soy sauce)
👉Garlic
👉Yellow onion
👉Bell peppers
👉Green beans
👉White crab mushrooms (cut in half)
👉Steamed egg noodles (ready in minutes)
👉Green onion for garnish

Seasonings:
👉Soy sauce
👉Dark soy sauce
👉Water
👉Sesame oil
👉Black peppers x a pinch
👉Salt to taste

Instruction:
➡️Drizzle oil & ready to brown the chicken thighs on the Le Creuset Braiser about 3-4 minutes for each side.
➡️Remove the thighs & set aside.
➡️The best part now is the pot has caramelized. Ready to add some oil, garlic & onion. And stir fry about 3-4 minutes.
➡️Add green beans & white crab mushroom. And stir fry about 5-6 minutes.
➡️Add seasonings, noodles & bell peppers.
