Crème Brulee 🍮

🎉Happy July 4th Independence Day 🇺🇸
💙Oh Yay! I made this dessert first attempt, and I especially received this Torch culinaryjochef Giveaway prize from alexcooksnyc. I appreciate 💓
❤️I love this homemade Crème Brulee. It tastes 100% smoother than the one I tried from the store. And I like how burned on the top 😆. This is one of the low difficulty desserts.
🤍As usual, I adjusted the sugar to as low as possible. I think I can still lower it the next time.

Ingredients:
👉Egg yolks x 4
👉Granulated Sugar x 38g
👉Heavy cream x 400ml (heat)
👉Vanilla extract x 1 1/2 tsp
👉Additional granulated sugar, for caramelizing the top x 2 teaspoons

Instructions:
➡️Make sure to use the strainer to sieve the mixture.
➡Convection bake with hot water bath method 300F for about 30-35 minutes.
➡Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
➡Spread the sugar on top of each ramekin. After torching the sugar and refrigerate back for about 10 minutes before serving.
