🤎I made the Chiffon cake a few times in the past, but they always shrinking fast. So I give up on trying 🤪
🤎But, I was satisfied this time as the cake was not shrinking much and soft. It may not look the prettiest, but I enjoyed eating it 😋

Ingredients (Pan Size 6 inches):
👉Egg yolk x 3
👉Avocado oil x 30g
👉Milk x 40g
👉All-Purpose flour x 45g
👉Cocoa powder hersheys x 15g
👉Egg whites x 3
👉Sugar x 40g
