🍗My hubby approved this delicious chicken Adobo, that’s the taste he has known while growing up
🍗Recipe adapted from honeysuckle

In a cast-iron pot lecreuset braiser 5qt, drizzle:
👉Avocado Oil x 2 tsp
👉Chicken Drumsticks x 5
➡Brown the chicken on each side 3-5 minutes
➡Remove chicken from the skillet

Drizzle:
👉Avocado Oil x 2 tsp
👉Onion x 1
👉Soy Sauce x 60ml
👉Rice Wine Vinegar x 75ml
👉Peeled & smashed Garlic Cloves x 5
👉Black Peppercorn 1 tsp
👉Dry red chilies x 3-4
👉Bay Leaves x 5-6
👉Salt x 1/2 tsp or to taste
👉Sugar x 1 tsp or to taste
👉Green onion x 1
➡Add the sauce and cook about 20 minutes, covered
➡Flipping halfway
